Step #2 Base Coat: Protects and prepares the nail for long-lasting adhesion. Apply onto the nail after applying Step #1 Prep (Bond) and before dipping into the powder. Step #3 ACTIVATOR: Our activator acts to speed the drying process and is used to harden the final layer of powder & seal all previous coats so that the nail may be drilled, filed and buffed.
